Personal Injury.
If you've been injured through someone else's negligence, you may be entitled to compensation. We'll tell you whether your claim has merit before any costs are incurred.

Overview
We act for claimants across the full range of personal injury matters — road traffic accidents, accidents at work, slips and trips in public places, and clinical negligence. Our objective is straightforward: maximum recovery, minimum fuss, with you fully informed about the strength of your claim and the likely value at every stage.
Most personal injury claims are funded by way of a Conditional Fee Agreement ("no win, no fee"), with After-the-Event insurance to protect you from adverse costs where appropriate. We'll explain the funding position before you commit to anything.
Types of claim we handle
- Road traffic accidents — including OIC portal claims for whiplash and lower-value RTAs, and MOJ portal claims for matters above the small claims limit, through to fast-track and multi-track litigation.
- Accidents at work — employer's liability claims where reasonable safety measures were not in place.
- Public liability — slips, trips, falls, and accidents on premises owned or controlled by another party.
- Clinical negligence — claims arising from substandard medical treatment, including hospital, GP, and dental negligence.
- Vehicle damage and uninsured loss recovery — including challenges to inadvertent settlement.
- Schedule of Loss preparation — including future loss calculations using the Ogden Tables (8th Edition).
Most personal injury claims must be brought within three years of the date of the accident, or three years from when you became aware of the injury. There are limited exceptions. If you are uncertain about limitation, contact us as soon as possible.
How we run a claim
Initial assessment
Free, confidential review of the facts. We tell you honestly whether you have a viable claim.
Letter of claim
Liability is put to the defendant's insurer with the relevant evidence and pre-action protocol compliance.
Medical evidence
Independent medical examination arranged. Where appropriate, we instruct specialists such as orthopaedic experts.
Quantification
Schedule of Loss prepared, covering general damages, past losses, and any future loss using current discount rate.
Negotiation
Most claims settle. We pursue settlement at the right value — not the first offer, and not the last.
Litigation if needed
Where settlement isn't reached, court proceedings are issued and conducted to trial if necessary.
Costs & funding
Most of our personal injury work is funded by way of a Conditional Fee Agreement. If your claim is unsuccessful, you typically pay nothing for our work. If successful, our success fee is deducted from your damages — capped in line with statutory limits. We'll explain this fully and in writing before you sign.
For matters that fall outside CFA arrangements, we offer fixed fees or hourly rates with clear written estimates.
Tell us what happened — we'll tell you if you have a claim.
Initial assessment is free and confidential. You'll get an honest view of merits before any costs are incurred.
